At Majestic Costumes, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
Excluded Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs
- Masks
- Sale items
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@majesticcostumes.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@majesticcostumes.co.za.
